I saw you could potentially host a CoOp game for this?

How do you... do that? I have a buddy or two that might want to play this with me and would like to be armed with some prior knowledge so we don't need to scour google on a fruitless search.

EDIT: Also...How do you get the Judge Dredd ranking? I know the multiplayer skins probably won't matter because I doubt anyone would still be playing the multiplayer, but for challenges sake, I'd like to know how to get the highest possible Judge score consistently.
