If anyone's interested, a while back I wrote a Custom Resolution Tool for Dredd vs Death. The tool is able to set a custom resolution (with correct aspect ratio) and custom FOV. Originally I had only tested the tool with the Steam version of the game, but I tested it with the GOG version and it seems to work perfectly.

You should find it in the root install folder of the game (the folder with the "dredd.exe" executable). Easiest way to use the tool is to unrar/unzip it into the install folder of the game. Both the config file and exe file will be automatically be found by the tool that way. No problem, glad I could help :)

Yeah, I figured it out but forgot to update my post. :) Fantastic work!
My only problem is that the HUD isn't scaling correctly with the new resolution and aspect ratio. Is this something you will fix in future updates, or is it locked?

It's on my todo-list, but I'm afraid I probably won't be able to fix that. I didn't come across any mention of hud rendering in the exe code yet.

I have also looked through the game's other files to see if it would be possible to replace the hud textures with smaller versions, but depending on how the game renders the hud that's something that possibly won't work anyway.

If I happen to stumble onto a fix, I'll surely update the tool :)

I love this tool otherwise! Made Dredd Vs Death really worth replaying since 2002 when I last played it :)

Unfortunately unlike the game itself it just won't run in WINE because of some .net incompatibility.

Anyway, for my fellow penguins in need, I've booted my old WinXP and made a setting for 1080p and fov 90, the files can simply be overwritten, be wary though that it will replace your profile unless you rename it to a file later in the list:

Also mind that wide-screen may increase the already present mouse lag in the game.

Must be your AV blocking access to that site. I've no problems opening it in FF 81.0.1 (64-Bit).

For some reason Bitdefender tags my site as malware. Not sure why, since that page is pure HTML with a couple of links on. The only script on it is Google Analytics. There isn't even any CSS except for the 1 inline tag.
