does anyone know if there is a way to slow down or pause the HUD when you arrest people? I'm really interested in what they are arrested for but some of the longer lists of offenses leave before I get the chance to read through them all.

at this point the only things I can think of are learning the entire book of The Law, or gaining a photographic memory... I dont see either happening any time soon..

A couple of the more unusual charges which might require explanations:

Stookie glanding: Stookies are an extraterrestrial species and their glands can be used to stop or even reverse the aging process in humans. However, Stookies are intelligent and removing the glands kills them, and thus dealing in Stookie glands means you are an accessory to murder.

Umpty bagging: Umpty is a candy which is so utterly delicious that it causes instant psychological addiction and the addicts will do anything to secure further Umpty to eat. Thus, it has been outlawed as an addictive narcotic.

By the way, the only place where I've seen mass murder is when arresting Necrus, and that is only possible by subduing him with a Stumm grenade.
