I thik there is sth wrong wth release date - part 1 is neweer than part 2. ('97-'95)

Actually, this is a remake of the first game, which was released in... '93, I think.

This is correct.
The original Journeyman Project was released in 1993. Journeyman Project Turbo, which was basically the same game with better optimization, was released in 1994.
Pegasus Prime, which was a complete remake of the first game was released in 1997, which is the version GOG has.
