For anyone wanting to stream Legacy of Time using OBS, in full screen without it capturing as a tiny window, you must do a weird thing, which is to:

1) Add a Display Capture in Sources
2) Right click the Display Capture source
3) Select Transform
4) Select Fit to screen

Now the game will capture in full screen rather than in a tiny window.
