The videos play well enough, no artifacts or audio crackling (good enough for video made in the mid 90's), but after I acquire the Suit and the HUD appears, and make the first (scripted) jump, the game CTD's.
Windows 7 x64
Radeon HD5870 /w Catalyst 10.4 (again, I'm not sure, but I don't think it's a video error)
AMD Phenom II X4 965 /w 4GB RAM

Have you tried the usual run as admin, compatibility mods from the games shortcut?

I don't bother with "Run as Administrator", since I've disabled UAC, and it would seem that the GoG installation package automatically configured the shortcut for "Compatibility Mode: Windows 95", "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution", "Disable visual themes", and "Disable desktop composition", since these tickboxes were already ticked when I opened the the Compatibility panel in the Properties Menu for the shortcut.
[EDIT]
Hmm, apparently, a game designed for Windows 95 is more compatible with Compatibility Settings set to "Windows XP with Service Pack 2". It stopped crashing after the intro video now, but I wonder if other problems may arise. Also, I did a quick test "Save and Restore", and it didn't crash, so I guess it's good to go.

Well different computers will require different settings. Win95 probably works for most people just not for you obviously. If you have problems with crashes etc with old games its always a good idea to mess with those settings first as it can't do any harm and may solve the problem.
