Hopefully someone can help me with a problem that popped up overnight. I installed the game last night and ran it fine in Full Screen 1440p, Now the option for simply "Fullscreen" is gone upon booting the game today, and I only get Windowed at 1440 or Windowed Full Screen @ 4160x2100. I can only get my framerate back with resolution scaling down to 50 or 60%

Does anyone know why the option for simply Fullscreen / 1440p would disappear without changing drivers or anything? There is a slight frame dfelay using the scaling and I preferred simply running in 1440p. Of course pages and pages of searching Google yields not a single helpful result or everyone with this issue didn't bother to complain, I highly doubt I'm the only one experiencing it on the planet.

I'm playing with the settings.ini as well and only certain values seem to matter when I change them and it ignores others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
