I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere and it took me a while to locate, so I thought I'd share.

<installation folder>\Towers\Binaries\Win64\Screenshots

If you installed the game under Program Files, instead of the installation folder, try looking under %LocalAppData%\VirtualStore
