What's the correct order for installing JJ2 and its expansions that come with the JJ2 Collection (Vanilla, Secret Files, Christmas Chronicles)?
I noticed that if I install "JJ2 with JJ2+" (listed under Goodies), it also installs The Secret Files even though TSF has its own download. It also then patches the vanilla game from JJ2+ to 1.24, overwriting JJ2+'s changes.

Solved it with help from stijn in the JJ2 discord. All you have to do is install the JJ2+ goodie then enable Beta Channels.
