Hello,

I'm at a point where I got the pistol upgrade schematics for increasing the magazine capacity to 32 bullets.

But when I talk with the vendor, he's asking for 500 coins, that I have (currently 6652),
if I answer Yes he says:

I can see you're wavering. I assure you that you'll be satisfied with my invention! 32 bullets are a real luxury. But I won't pressure you. Come back when you run out of ammo in the middle of action!

If I answer No, he says:

Ha! Works perfectly! Now you can riddle your enemies with holes!

Either case, I don't get the upgrade.

Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding/missing other conditions to get it?
