I'm interested into Jalopy. Since I mostly rely on linux as OS I'd like to ask if someone has managed to run Jalopy on Linux using the current wine staging and would be willing to share recent experiences.

currently the game does not run with wine. i used latest ubuntu-version with stable wine version. maybe sometimes it will run with it?

thanks for trying the game out and reporting back here. Too bad the game won't run. I guess I'll wait and see then. Maybe a native linux client will be released further down the road, or it will eventually work using wine in the future.

I am running it on Linux with not much problem.

The mouse sometimes drifts or gets stuck. In that case, pressing "esc" to pause the game, and alt+tabbing solves the issue.

I completed the game a couple of times already on Linux. of course it also works under freeBSD
