Just wanted to say few words to Ja2.
I´m playing Video games for 20 years+ or so, in favour tactic games like xcom, incubation and so on. For some reasons I never got into JA2, since it was released, I guess it was 1999 I´ve done several attempts, but never got beyond Drassen. Although I had great fun playing JADG. Few weeks ago I really had the desire to play a good tactic sim and started with JAUB. I think the fact, that it is mission based, without the grand strategy layer made it easy for me to get a grip of the game mechanics. After finishing JAUB I instantly started JA2. I had no choice, haha.
I´m in meduna now, and the final battle isn´t far away.
Above all, I must say, wht a fool I am, not to recognize all the years, what a gem this is. On the other hand I´m glad, that I´ve discovered this game even in my old days. So much replay factor.
I´m just looking forward to 1.13 and the Vietnam mod, so there is still enough to do.
I know thats nothing special for JA veterans, but just wanted to drop my coin in.
