"Due to a DMCA takedown request, we had to immediately remove the German manual from Jagged Alliance 2 goodies, which unfortunately affects all owners of the game. We’re deeply sorry but in this case, we were unable to inform you about it in advance as we try to do in such situations."

Anybody who can and is willing to help a Bruder (other Brüder likely as well) out?

Not sure if it's the correct one, as the original might have been just monochrome black-and-white like the English version. Unfortunately I hadn't the foresight to back-up the German one when it was still available, either. Unlucky us, I guess.
It's the one from the other distribution platform, by the way. In case this mirror should get axed, you can still find and download it for free over there.

Content-wise they should be identical though. At least from what I could gather so far.
Makes you wonder why the manual is not DMCA'd and taken down over there too. Because it's accessible without having to buy Jagged Alliance 2?
