She never shot a man in my games. Well, never hit anyway :3. I keep her away as a medic and trainer, she's far more useful that way.

I ended up restarting the game and am much further now. Good tip on just keeping Ira behind for training. :)

Be hardcore and train her into an elite merc. not by lame ass training, but on the field. That's what I remember always doing, and her marksmanship was somewhere around 90 by the time we got to deidranna.

I always use here to train militia.
She has a low level of leadership in the beginning, but due to her wisdom she quickly increases it.

One time she one-shotted someone by shooting through two windows so I always kept her after that.....
