I'll go ahead and admit I have no clue if the original JA had a hit chance display. I know It had fixed Rng so if you wanted to have a different outcome to a shot you had to change something.
But still I am also 20 years older. I'd very much like to see my chances to make an educated decision, no hit chance litteraly means no buy for me.
This is based on reviews so I'll gladly be proven wrong.

I, personally, really don't miss it. The information you get from the game for a shoot are fine for me.

I was probably a bit too rash about my judgement. There is an (official) mod so everyone can have it as he likes, works for me.

Yeah, it's pretty cool to not bother with crazy numbers anymore and just focus on the pluses and minuses. I wasnt sure at first this would be a good idea but i like it, it's a relaxing and fair system !

I gotta say that I actually like the ring focus for aiming. It feels very intuitive and you can tell how likely you are to hit by that circle size. Feels a little like if you were aiming a weapon.
