Hey,
i´ve just downloaded JA2 (Mac Installer) and tried to start the game.. it doesn't!
How can i solve this?

Mac OSX 10.9.4
i5 + Intel Iris + 8GB Ram

From the JA2 game page: "Compatibility notice (Mac): Intel Integrated Graphics series of cards are not supported." :(

If you bought the game recently you can ask for a refund.
