Hi guys i have a problem , i dunno how to have a militia in the city that i already set free, like dressen , how i can recruit militia to defend the city?

First, you must have at least 20% support in the city, which normally means capturing more than one sector of the complete city. Once you have that 20% (or above), you then go in to the map screen and click on the merc with the best leadership (or the Teaching skill), and have them Train >> Militia.
