After I fired Elio, when would Jack offer the second native guide (Hamous)? When would Jack offer the third (Juan) and forth guide?

Hamous got offered to me 2-4 days later (assuming you have free spots). It might depend on your performance, I'm not sure...

I never used the other guides, but I suppose the same mechanism works.

Just like the other mercs': they may improve a little. Dont' expect Elio to become a good marksman, or Hamous to start moving quickly...

One last question, if I declined Jack when he offered the first native guide Elio, would he still offer the second guide Hamous later?
