Avogadro6: Doreen doesn't want to give up, maybe because I've already talked to her before getting Raider. I don't recall meeting a sergeant in Alma, was talking about Conrad and the General. But that's fine I suppose, I'll leave them alone.
What bugs me it's the warden though, she doesn't want to surrender and the prisoners refuse to leave until she's out of the way. I tried clearing the whole map without alerting her, knocked her out unconscious, tried to bribe her, but nothing, she just doesn't give up.
Doreen must be reasoned on first talk, else you'll have to kill her.
Conrad can be recruited.
Sergeant can be saved, but if the alarm is triggered, he will be caught in an explosion (and you'll lose a Rocket Rifle you could recover).
General must be killed.
Warden must be killed.
Not 100% sure about Doreen, but I think this is the case.
