Im asking this because a few days,or months ago i read from someone on here that the Wildfire mod or expansion (wtver) sucked hard,that you couldnt hit anyone and it was too hard,is this true??
because i want to download mods that are (how do i say??) "polished",i dont want any flaw,like cartoony weapons or scifi ****,i want something realistic,not too hard,not too easy,fun and so on..
so whadaya say?

IMO it's a good mod.
It was the first mod I played, shortly after it was released.
That version was plagued by bugs.
I remember seeing at least a dozen bug fixed sectors.
Years later I bought it as a download.
That version had the bugs fixed (wouldn't have bought it otherwise).
I finished it again.
It's been years since I played it, but I remember it being considerable harder than JA2.
I enjoyed playing it, the 2nd time more than the 1st time.
That was mainly due to the numerous bugs in the 1st version..
It's definitely worth it's money, assuming gog is selling the fixed version.

Based upon the game page here at gog I think they're selling the V6 version as Topware Interactive is owned by ZUXXEZ.
