I'm trying to find a good balance in the 1.13 ini editor for difficulty settings (money, enemy troops etc) and I think it would be easier to have a couple of installs to do testing on.

It is possible. Download the backup setup and run it. Then apply the wine3d fix and install 1.13.

Not sure, but I don't think so. Easiest would probably be to simply make a few copies of the game folder, and create shortcuts for the exe and ini editor of each on your desktop.

I figured it out and updated my post. You can download setup exe as a backup and run it. Thanks for the reply.
