I cant get the cheat codes to work in the tatical screen i hold control type gabbi, cheat mode does not activete, neither does holdign ctrl and typing iguna, help

I can't remember at all, but I think I read that the cheats only worked up to version 1.06. I don't know if they where restored in a later version or if they were only disabled in certain regional versions of the game.I know they are in the 1.13 mod though and I've used the "reveal enemies" when I cant be arsed looking for that last guy in an area after a big fight.
