The only game with official multiplayer is JA:DG, which uses DosBox. Assuming proper setup, crossplatform shouldn't be a problem.
If you are asking about JA2 1.13 multiplayer, I'm not sure if it's working on Mac, but if it is, crossplatform should also work. I'd suggest checking over at The Bear's Pit for more info though.
