I preferred to buy here because of being DRM-free, and that i can play the games without the need of a client-app.
I also invested alot of time to get in contact with game-developers whenever the offlineinstallers of their game weren't up to date, so that they could fix it.

But what's happening right now, namely the more than 2 weeks ongoing problems with ther CDN combined with the lack of communication is a whole new level of "how to not deal with a problem".

I am really disappointed.
GOG has had problems with updates for a much longer time, the offline installer, not just for 2 weeks. I've been struggling with my library and the offline installers for several years.
