DWTF: I have just started playing the game on a new machine running Windows 7. I'm also using the v 1.13 mod.

My problem is the game seems to be running to fast. I started the first game and its really noticeable that my mercs are moving far too fast.

I had a look around other topics for a fix but couldn't find much information. Has anyone encountered this and been able to sort it?

Matewis: Have you tried messing with the value "PLAYER_TURN_SPEED_UP_FACTOR" in the INI editor under Graphics Setting? Though I think it should be on 1 already, which is the slowest your mercs can be. In that case I'd guess that it't not possible to slow them down any more

DWTF: Yes it starts at the lowest speed so i'm not sure what else I can do. I was running the game on windows 10 and the speed was fine, so must be an issue with windows 7.
