Hi, I've got Jade Empire on both GOG and Steam and they both have the same problem, on the first level-up right after Master Li kills the Lotus Assassin the screens flicks between desktop and the game but does not allow me to do anything and then immediately crashes, I am using Windows 10 and I've looked at a number of fixes (including the one on the Jade Empire wiki and running in compatibility mode) but nothing seems to be working. Also, there is a pop up on my computer saying that it is blocked from accessing the Graphics hardware. Is there anything I can do? Thanks for any help!

Yea I'm having the EXACT same problem like literally right after that first level up. I can't find a solution for it anywhere, I even bought the $0.99 Origins trial to try and play it on there and it still didn't work, I've heard that GOG was the best stable version that worked, but no luck. Hopefully someone sees this and they fix it! It's a really good game and worth the money just has this dumb crashing error.

I guess you're not using any mods? Even so the solution in this thread might help;

Pajama: I guess you're not using any mods? Even so the solution in this thread might help;

Yea thanks I tried that and it still didn't work for me, pretty weird it sucks.

Yeah I've tried that one out before, the one thing that does pop up is "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" I've tried a few fixes for that but nothing has changed.
