I just arrived to the combat arena. It's my first play through.
I read that Elephant demons are easily defeated by jumping behind them because they take ages to turn around. The problem is in my game they seem to turn to face my character immediately. If I manage to jump above their heads, they simply flip to face me.
I've not found anything by "jade empire elephant demon fix". Can anyone help, please?
P.S.-The search button seemed to do nothing, reading in gog client..

Just after posting this, I made the last umpteenth search and found out it's something that happens in PC, the XBOX is the slow turning one. After several tries I managed to beat it when I found I had demon horse style. With it, I got him to a sliver of health with an sliver of health myself, then I managed to be the first to land the next hit.
