After playing through the defeat of the first assassin in Two Rivers, I tried to level up my character. I click on the level up prompt...and it blinks and crashes. I am running Jade Empire on an HP laptop in Windows 10, with the settings set to widescreen 1920x1080p, and no anti-aliasing. This is all on an unmodded copy.
Upon finding that this is a consistent problem, and knowing that I can't continue playing purely as a level one character throughout the game, I tried to run the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP or later...and it wouldn't even start. I know at least one other user has this problem. Any Ideas? Thank you in advance!
