I have the strange Problem that suddenly there seems to be some Kind of delay before every attack. Its like wenn i run towards an enemy i have to stand still for about one or two second before i can attack with martial or a weapon. Also when i Approach a chest or npc something i have to stand still before clicking does something.

The only time i dont have this Problem is when i hit an enemy by dodging directly into him. In this case i can initiate my attack immediately.

I never had this before and i played this game about 10 times. But Its my first time with Win10

I had to apply the stuttering fix for the well known framerate issue and i tried severly Things like changing ini-settings, compatibility mode Settings and so on but to no avail. Anyone else had this Problem and found a fix?
