This game works pretty much flawlessly on Linux Mint 15 KDE x64 in CrossOver 12.2.2 (Wine version 1.5.15). I used a WinXP bottle with only native GDI+ installed (for the GOG installer), nothing else is required & no special tweaks are needed. However it will only let you use your current display resolution even if you want to run it in windowed mode. If you want to play this in a window then you should enable "Emulate a virtual desktop" at whatever resolution you want the window to be and run the game in full-screen mode.
