Sorry if this is a silly question, but the products page for this compilation only lists Windows XP and Vista. I assume it will work fine in Windows 10 as well, but wanted to see if anyone could confirm that, thanks in advance!

For a forgotten reason I fired up Ishar 1 and 2 last year but didn't actually played more than 5 mins on my old Win 10 machine, they did work fine.

Actually the games run inside Dosbox. As long as Windows doesn't broken the emulation, it should run fine.
You can make some tweak on the fly, below are some example.
CTRL+F7 = Decreases frameskip
CTRL+F8 = Increases Frameskip
CTRL+F11 = Slows down the game
CTRL+F12 = Speeds up the game
ALT+ENTER = Switch between window mode and full screen
