Crystals or Arborea:
"What is going on. Why am I standing in an empty field? Who are those people in front of me?I better check the manual.NOPE. No manual, no instructions. PASS"

Ishar 1:
"Why am I standing in an empty field? Better talk to that man in front of me. To the south you say? Recruit a guy from the tavern...he has no weapons.1k a save?"

Nickname:The most approachable game I found but it cost 1k gold to save.ugh

Ishar 2:
"I am alone and there are men in front of me Better talk to those men...they start attacking. I'm almost dead but in front of me is another man with a different outfit. He kills me."

Nickname:Walk 2 Paces East Get Killed: The Game.

Ishar 3:
"I start in a town?Nice, different from an "empty field" and "empty field on an island". I just walked in circles...there is a tavern over there and three bad looking guys.OMG they are freaking strong! Get in tavern, recruit everyone, get out, my party does VERY little damage. Check their hands...they have no weapons."

I hope you enjoyed it! Hardcore games? I would say more like deliberate lack of essential information.

i don't know why i keep doing this to myself, but i keep buying these hardcore dos games that i can barely advance a foot in. i tell myself " one day, i'll read the whole manual(I never do) and give it all my effort and maybe i'll be able to beat these games! but the truth is, I'm better off playing legend of Grimrock or ultima or something.

Adventure games are the same way. I can NEVER finish one, they are way too hard, and yet I have payed lots of money for them over the years, and i download tons of the free ones you get from ags.
