First question...
IS there any music in-game? Or should I just listen to the downlaodable soundtrack on an mp3 player?
Second question...
When I load a game at the beginning of my session, it's fine. When I load a game during the middle of my play session, the game hangs and I have to quit out of Dosbox.
any ideas?

Hi gumbomasta,
First question, yes there is a soundtrack in game.
Secondly, are your trying to run this game under Vista ? I had exactly the same problem with the music eventually failing when you load / save your game. The way I managed to solve this was by running the game as "Administrator" and this solves the problem.

on the PC there is almost no music but i have the all Ishars on amiga too. There is very a nice music and maybe the sountrack here is the amiga rip....thing

Actually there was a music in the Ishar 2 PC game version, but then you had a lower level of sound. Music was a midi, a pretty annoying think.
