Does this have Russian text & voice available as an option?

If so, can it be installed that way on a US English PC? Or will English be forced?

(Considering it as a gift for a Russian friend here).

Right now we have Voice Over in English and texts in English, German and Polish.

If the launch goes well, we will surely think about adding more languages.

This game is a steaming racist + reality-detached pile, which attacks both Soviet history (of ~200 Nations) and Russian/Slavic culture. Gifting it to Russian is a great way to make him your enemy. Reason why it has no language is because its product designed to harvest on misantropy and human stupidity, - all the things carefully seeded by West propaganda.

If you want to make him your friend - gift him something connected with higher ranks of Maslow pyramid, topics like space ,

science,

good story,

art etc. Those are soviet and russian stuff, not "matryoshkas", which are just child toys.
