I'm getting a perpetual white screen when I initiate the game.
What should I do?

Hi SrHemus,

Sorry that you are running into this issue!

Are you running the game with the OpenGL renderer or the Software renderer? It may help to switch renderers. If the white screen persists, please try alt-tabbing out of the game and then back into the game to see if that fixes the issue.

If you could find and attach your "maiden.log" file here, it would help us in tracking down and fixing this bug for you.

On Windows, you can find the "maiden.log" file under %APPDATA%\Ion Maiden Preview Campaign (If it's not there, in some cases it can be found instead in the game's install directory). You can quickly get to this directory by pressing simultaneously the Windows-R keys on your keyboard, and then in the Run window, copy and paste the above path & press ok.

Thank you for you support. The problem was that I was runnig the game in a different resolution than my PC. I usually do that because I don't have a powerful computer. So, the game is running in OpenGL in the same resolution as my desktop.

Ops, I talked too soon. SOmetimes, I get the whait screen, sometimes I don't. Using alt+tab only crashes the program.

I'm sorry to hear that the workarounds did not prove helpful.

If you could post the log files from when the game crashes or white screens, that would be extremely helpful in isolating the cause of the problem.
