I'm playing through the game for the first time and I'm having fun. But wow is this game's normal mode on the easy side.

I always playthrough a game on normal first and hard if if I like it enough for a second playthrough. But either I've played too much Shadow Warrior or this game's normal mode really lacks in challenge. I've had my first death of the run, 7 and a half hours in, I'm on the Level Subhuman Resources and got taken out by my own grenade embarrassingly.

I'm thinking of just doing my second play though on hard now. I have had quite a bit of fun. Buuuuuut I've heard the hard mode is kinda unbalanced. Hitscanners taking of half you health from the other side of the map like it's Snipertown. On the other hand I'd heard this game was at least as though as Shadow Warrior and I remember that game being way harder. (Granted I have beaten SW on nightmare.)

I'm not complaining. I'm curious. Is this game's normal mode on the easy side or am I just finally "Getting gud"?


Also, I found the Twin Peaks room! Yay!
