I just bought this game and it doesn't want to run whatsoever, it starts and nothing shows up until I click anywhere then Ion Fury pops on fullscreen but as soon as I click again it crashes. I have tried Fullscreen/Windowed & OpenGL vs Software. My PC runs on Windows 10 and has a Ryzen 1700x and a RX580 it should be more than enough to run this game.

Same problem here.
Tried with both OpenGL and Software mode.

Using Win10, Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon 6700XT.
It's 2024, I also bought the game and I could perfectly play the 1st mission with sounds.
1 week later I come back and there is no audio at the title screen. Whenever a mission is started, within 5 sec. the game freezes and crashes...

(no need to mention I also have a decent PC)

Any fixes or updates? I've had this game since sometime last year now it just freezes at title screen just plays audio and crashes. I'm also noticing other games are having a similar problem.

I was browsing other topics in the Forum>General and this one gave more explanations on why GOG won't be focus on solving this issue in priority :
Search discussion "ion_fury_crashes_upon_loading_title_screen_never_starts"

I downloaded EDuke32 application (the 64bits version) and it automatically detected the location of your Ion Fury folder. So it's now fine for me to play 1080p on OpenGL mode.

Hope it helps.
