trusteft: The game is on giveaway, I click and it sends me to the front page where it has a banner which says success it's now on my library, but of course the game is not there and the store page for the game doesn't show it in library either.

Is it a glitch?

dreamer1988: Try to redeem it from website directly, not GOG Galaxy. It worked for me.

trusteft: I don't have Galaxy, never had, never will.

The store page where you can redeem it says it's already redeemed. But clearly it is not.

rogeriods3: I'm having the exact same issue... using Google Chrome. In the past, this wouldnt happen, but lately it happened with other games too, wich I never received. Rather annoying, why does it even auto-claims instead of waiting for a click from the user?

Edit: Solved. I increased the size of things in the browser in order not to see the giveway immediatly, waited until the page was fully "refreshed" and then moved to the giveway banner... then, the button was available to be pressed. Without doing this, previous "refreshes" didnt work.
