Hello,

I wonder what do I get if I kill all the Vek (during a single mission that is)? It does not seem to give an extra reputation but I believe during tutorial it was mentioned as a good thing.

AFAIK there's no achievement connected with that. It doesn't give you anything apart from additional XP for pilots. Achievements can be found here

Thanks for the reply but I believe there should be some consequences. I wonder if killing all the Vek postpones attack on the headquarter.

There is no consequence, except maybe a sense of satisfaction.
