Is the Game balanced toward getting Achievements on Hard difficulty?
I tried multiply times to get Any lowest row ones(Destroy all pods etc) and the game just troughs missions that COULD NOT be completed with affromentined restrictions.
Do I miss Something?
At best i reached 2ndnd mission on 3rd island.
Is hard supposed to be beaten on its own?
+ By BALANCE I mean that a pro player should have ~100% success rate om trying getting any bottom row on Hard.
If chance of pod drop increases on Hard Difficulty, then I guess it would be easier. Not sure if it does that, though.

I was just playing on Normal and got the Secure 3 Islands without dropping below 4 (or 5?) grid power. So, that doesn't really answer your question, but it does seem possible to get them on Normal difficulty.

For Engineering Dropout and Lucky Start, you'd have to be masochistic to try them on hard. The rest seems doable.
Good.
I was starting to think that i'm dillusional.
I bet squad balance for hard is not there too, I tried the ones that take damage from attacks they SUCK balls.

Shame, I was really excited for the game :(
There's a couple starting mechs that take damage when attacking, but if you mean the Hazardous Mechs, then I think you should give them another try. I found them to be pretty powerful.

All the right column Squads seem pretty powerful actually, but I'm having trouble with Zenith Guard and Steel Judoka.

all depends on difficulty.
Hard - is imbalanced garbage
the broblem with hazards is damage to buildings because of that they suck balls, period
Eh, I still like them. And I've beaten the game with them on a 3 Corporate Island run on Hard (2 perfect islands, the other was almost perfect, but I had to destroy a time pod)

I have a tip that really helps with the Hazardous Mechs if you or anyone wants to know. But, I find that most of the fun in this game comes from figuring out a strategy for yourself.
