Cause I'm not seeing one. I have better ships designed and would like to upgrade the ones I have. Or do I have to just scrap them and make new ones?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm blind. lol
Seems I need a base at the system. Just wanted to add shields to the starting ships. :p
