If a Minor Civ completes buildings after being fully scanned,
and one of the buildings is a Wonder which a Leader requested be built

Hi macAilpin, thanks for your question.

Yes, your leader will get the benefits of the leader's desire to have a Wonder built, irrespective of how it gets built. So, if the minor finishes the Wonder, your leader will get his/her leader fulfilled.
