Not to mention that the less GOG savvy might say "well I've got Windows 10 so that clearly exceeds the minimum requirements which are the antiquated XP or Vista". Ambiguity needs clearing up because I can see GoG denying refunds on a caveat emptor basis.

This game was abandonware for years.

This game does work properly albeit with some minor issues that can be dealt with. I managed to find a way to get both games running properly. I even fixed the audio issue in Nitro Pack and got multiplayer up and running. I posted the lengthy guide on my reddit.
