Egotomb: Don't apologise man, you have every right to say that. Selling a game that barely works without the possibility of a refund is just plain wrong. Frankly they should either pull the game until they can release it in a more workable state or place a disclaimer on the games page so people know what their getting in to.
There is the possibility, though. Just rare exceptions. I think if you're not satisifed with the state of the game they would do it. And if you do demand a refund, that may prevent future buggy releases like this. :(
