I have crashing issues on the second mission and crashes midway through instant action. I have tried all the fixes in the forums but nothing seems to work. I can't contact the administrator for help or a refund, last ditch effort I'm trying to get it to run on a virtual machine, but I'm still having trouble. Suggestions?

All my other orders I have purchased work fine, it's isolated top this single one.

Virtual machine does not help either. I have exhausted all of my ideas to get it to not crash.
