Cannot get this game to work in -d3d or -glide mode. The only mode I can get its software mode and thats even impossible to play cause of the wobbly wheels for ai....

game always crashes "failed to initialize 3d' with -d3d or -glide.... Even if this game was playble in software mode without the wobbly wheels I would be happy. Come on GOG work your true magic and atleast get this game to work on todays machines.. or get the wrappers to work with todays gfx cards. ATI is the worse brand for this game...

Any1 using nvidia latests cards and still able to play? i used my very old nvidia gt210 which works amazing but then windows gets blue screen after a while cause of the card is crap and the drivers are too old...

Are you using the plain jane gog install or did you get the arsenal launcher? For me I had all those same issues until I got the arsenal launcher, it fixed every problem I had and now the game is completely playable. Im using an Nvidia gtx 260.

As slord said, check the sticky thread in this forum for the Arsenal Launcher. Seems to have fixed the problems for most users.
