I can't seem to get the music running in the original game. Sounds work fine. Nitro pack plays music with no problems. I'm running with Windows 10 32 bit Home. Is this a common issue?

Same here. Music doesn't work on I76 but it plays fine on Nitro. The I76 music folder has 16 mp3 files numbered from 2 to 17, and the Nitro music folder has 11 mp3 files numbered from 0 to 11 skipping 1.

I'm running Win10 64bit. I tried all possible Windows compatibility settings without success. Is anybody else having the same issue?

Track 1 is mising on both because of how cd music in game worked back then. Track one was always the game data it's self. Not sure what's causing your problem though. I'm on windows 10 64 also, music works fine. Recently upgraded my sound card and still works fine.
