I saw the graphics of 76 and they are bad and the controls seem difficult too.

If I just play 82, am I going to miss out on a good story or anything in 76 ?

The entire story of 76 can be seen in 82 when the main character is having a flashback in the beginning of the game.

82 is far better than 76. So by not playing 76 you are not missing out on anything.

82 is better? I never bought 82 back in the day because ppl said it was not as good as i76.

If you don't like 76, then 82 may be for you.
If you love 76, then 82 is an heartbraker, 82 could have been so good... They improved what was missing in 76, while destroyed what was excellent in 76.
