Hello fellow Vigilantes.

I am here to try and bring fellow Interstate '76/'82 fans together into one community to host and play online games at least once a week. I am planning to keep a constant schedule to keep things consistent and always offer a game for the people that love this game as much as I do.

The game I will be hosting will be Interstate '76 Nitro Pack

I plan on using some house rules as well to help make the game engaging and fun as well. I hope this can become an environment all of us can play competitively, but still treat one another with respect.

And as it is the discord and idea is young. I hope I can find enough people with interest to continue with this endeavor.

The issue was the few people that joined were not actually interested in playing the game. If I more interest shows I would be more than happy to organize events, but as it stands right now, no one was interested in playing or attempting to play. So I closed the server temporary.

I think part of the reason is that it has been difficult to find a solution to get both games running. Some mention slowing down their CPU etc. I recently posted a new complete guide on how to get both games running which also includes fixing the Nitro Pack sound bug that works. The guide I think is fairly easy to follow and maybe it might work for a lot of people.

EDIT: Since you don't seem to be having your Discord up an running anymore, I will have mine up and running. I got multiplayer up an running and got my guide that worked on getting it to work on a Windows 10 64 bit computer. I posted the invite code on a different topic in this forum.

Hey guys, not sure if you are still interested, but people still play this game every tuesday since... well... a very long time.
You can find their website here: http://interstate76.com/ and register in the forums, which also still has some activity going on. Take a moment to appreciate the 90s design of websites that are still preserved by this community.
