I can get my game to run fine in software mode with the launcher but I cannot for the life of me get it to so much as start with glide mode. i've tride dgvoodo, Zeckensack, ngilde, and the original wrapper and none of them worked. All of them gave me a "failed to initialize hardware" and then an "unhandled exception". I did get dgvoodo to get past the "failed to initialize hardware" and cut straight to the "unhandled exception". Help! I want to play this game! Oh also in software mode I get a glitch where certain sounds will start looping glitchily

I talked with support ages ago regarding this issue. I was told:

"Hello,

I'm afraid that glide mode is not going to work at the moment. We're working on this issue, I'll keep you updated on our progress."

This was at the end of June, I'm not really expecting anything to come of this :(
